Terms of Service for The Flip Zone in Wilmington, OH, covering class enrollment, monthly tuition, birthday parties, floor rentals and gym safety rules.

Using this site

This website provides information about The Flip Zone. We keep it accurate, but class times, levels and prices change. The live schedule and the price shown at registration are the ones that apply.

Enrolment and tuition

Tuition is monthly and is based on four classes per month. When a month contains five classes for your day, the total adjusts to cover the extra session. You may join at any point in a month and we prorate the first month accordingly.

Registration system

Enrolment, payment and account management run through Jackrabbit Class. Using those pages means accepting Jackrabbit's own terms in addition to these.

Birthday parties and rentals

Parties and floor rentals are booked by phone and confirmed when we hold the time. Call the gym for rental details.

Safety in the gym

Gymnastics, tumbling and cheerleading carry a risk of injury. Athletes must follow coach instruction, use equipment only as directed, and stay off apparatus without a coach present. We ask for no jewelry, hair tied back and no loose clothing. Parents watch from the lobby unless the class is a parent and tot class.

Photography

We sometimes photograph classes, teams and events for our own website and social media. Tell us in writing if you do not want your child included and we will honor it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Beyond that, The Flip Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
